Moving on

Endearingly amused by the other trainer's lack of orientation, Kieya introduced herself and her Eevee, Mirin, to Rinns. She explained that she was headed to Violet city, because there was a big event taking place the next couple of days.

The small company continued their way through the forest. Mirin kept by Kieya's side and made sure not to venture too close to Doomie, whose occasional snarls did not seem very inviting. Somewhere along the road, Mirin spotted a stray pokédoll. She remembered having seen her trainer use one to distract a wild pokémon and wondered to herself if it would work on Doomie as well?

Finally the group arrived at the road that would lead them straight to Violet city. Mirin figured this was a good time to present the pokédoll to Doomie. Meanwhile, the wind carried a faint melody towards them. "Listen!" Kieya said, "The event has started already! Wanna go?"

However, the four of them seemed oblivious to the creature that had been following them along the way...

This is the second picture of the story and I are developing for fun. ^^ We each take turns drawing a picture, continuing the story. It features her character Rinns and my character Kieya, both pokémon trainers who have just set off on their journey with their first pokémon.
